Lees

Lees mainly imports South African wine and spirits to Norway. Founded in 2020 and run by Carina Elise Godou, WSET Level 3.

The name comes from winemaking: lees are the sediment left in the barrel after fermentation, often left to rest to build depth and structure. That's exactly where the character comes from.
